Part-Time Trainers

We are looking for dedicated Part-Time Trainers to join our team at Malbag International Training College, Kitengela.

Responsibilities

• Deliver both practical and theoretical lessons in your area of specialization.

• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and training assessments.

• Guide students through hands-on learning and professional skill development.

• Ensure training meets TVET, CDACC, and industry standards.

• Mentor students and support their career growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• At least 2 years of teaching or industry experience.

• Familiarity with competency-based training (CBET) and assessment methods.

• Registered or recognized as a TVET trainer is an added advantage.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to teach practical, hands-on skills effectively.

• Passion for education and mentorship.
